Gone are the pencil skirts that stop demurely at the knee and the whimsical miniskirts that stop a few inches above, the new skirt length is midcalf. This works perfectly for the Spring season as it creates a relaxed, vacationy (is that a word?) vibe. I like to think of it as "sarong-length."
